I’m Nancy Tychowski Mortgage Consultant. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Growing up, I have always been dynamic and highly analytical. I have fifteen-plus years of experience in the banking and financial sector and have successfully dealt with financial compliance issues. With this in mind, upon moving to Victoria, BC, in 2021, I got my mortgage license and established my business to save you time and money by shopping for the right mortgage solution that fits your current and future needs.

Over the year, I have networked and developed solid relationships with my clients, realtors, and mortgage partners, expanding my reach throughout the city.

I love meeting people and understanding their situations, so I can strategize and find solutions to their problems. The most rewarding part is getting them pre-approved and educating them through the process. Of course, when my clients take possession of their new home, this makes me super proud of what I have accomplished.

My business philosophy is based on empowering my clients with the right tools to make informed decisions while always building trust and lasting relationships.

As an individual, I believe my absolute honesty, commitment to my customers, and transparency set me apart from others. 

I attribute my success to my never-say-die attitude and the trust of my clients.

Funding my first mortgage and getting my business off the ground was a moment that gave me immense satisfaction.

I have a few different hobbies and interests when I am not at work. You can often find me exploring the city of Victoria and walking my dog, Oreo.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
